Poomsae Taegeuk Ee Jang symbolizes the Tae principle of Palgwe. Tae represents strength of mind. Poomsae Taegeuk Ee Jang consists of a low section, middle section, and high section blocks, middle section
punch and front snap kicks. From choonbee stance, the first technique is left low block and walking stance then right middle section punch
and right front stance. Turn around right then low section block and
walking stance. Stepping forward left middle section punch then left front stance.To the left 90-degree angle turning, right inside middle block and
walking stance and then step forward, left inside middle section block and
right walking stance. Now to your left 90 degrees and left low block in walking
stance. Right front kick, right high punch and right front stance. Now turn
around and then right hand low section block and walking stance. Left
front kick and left high punch in left front stance. Moving to your
left 90 degrees, left high section block and walking stance and then step
forward right high section block and walking stance. Turning counterclockwise
270 degrees, right inside middle block and walking stance. Turning around left
inside block and walking stance, left low section block and walking
stance, right kicking and right hand punch and then again left front
kick, left the middle punch then right front kick and right middle punch. then
turn around baro.
