now you got to do some loosening up stretch after the Long Hand. So now I’m going to show
you guys some loosening up stretch that you could do after the Long Hand. First one, Crouch
Stance Stretch. And switch sides. Toes up. Switch. Lunge. Switch. Okay, Splits. And switch.
Of course you can loosen up your hands. Okay. And ladies and gentlemen, I’m Bruce Wen on

of the oldest form of Shaolin that’s been practiced. It has dated back since early,
since the 495 AD. I mean, its history comes from the 18 Low Hand. It is adapted from the
18 Low Hand where over the century the Shaolin Monk have develop their own lifestyle of Kung
Fu. And Shaolin Long Fist is one of them and it’s been practicing widely today all over
