Technique number three is a rear foot
front foot roundhouse kicks at closed stance. The Korean term is a dwibal apbal dollyo chagi. Dwibal is rear foot and apbal is front foot. Chagi is kicking. The first step is to coordinate
your right and left side of your body around the imaginary vertical axle in
the center of the body. The second step is to make an explosive rear leg
roundhouse kick and follow through with the other leg roundhouse kick. The
primary target is the middle section. In competition you must do the first attack bravely despite the counterattacks from the opponent. You must break through the defense line and finish the second kick.
