Jiu-Jitsu & Judo Submission Moves : Jiu-Jitsu & Judo Submission Moves: Triangle From Guard Position

On behalf of Expert Village, I’m Angel Perez
with Champion Martial Arts in Miami, Florida. And today, we will be teaching you Judo and
Jiu-Jitsu submission moves. O.k. Now we’re going to teach you the triangle. In Judo this
is called Sankaku. From the guard position. He’s in the guard position. He’s going to
bait me by giving me an opening. And I’m going to come under his leg. The second I do that,
he pulls me in. He steps over, grab in the triangle position. Wow! Can’t even speak.
He controlled my arm, he brings his knees together. And applies an awful lot of pressure
on my neck. Also notice, if you wanted to go into an arm bar from here. You could easily
turn it, into an arm bar. O.k. So it’s a triangle choke with an arm bar. Real lifetime. Again,
I’m getting choked and I’m getting arm bared.
