And I’m Ricardo Belad. And we’re here at Premier Martial Arts in New York City showing you
Israeli martial arts. So now we’ll do an escape from a choke–if someone grabs you to try
to choke you. The primary danger here is for me to be choked out, so I need to guard against
that choke. Right away my hands are going to come in, and my chin is going to be tucked
down. Now, I’m posting my weight down. He may want to pick me up and carry me away,
do bad things to me, so I need to post my weight down here. I’m going to head butt quickly,
snapping my head back, putting my chin right back there, I’m going to stomp on his foot,
slide my hip to the side and hit to the groin. Now, I’m going to shoot his elbow up, come
over and around behind him. As I do that, I can force his elbow down and knee. Again,
I’m guarding against that choke, posting my weight, hit, hit to the foot, slide, hit to
the groin, shoot this elbow up, and down. Let’s try that in real time.
