I’m going to show you how to do a judo pushup And what you’re going to do is get into the push-up stance however you’re going to keep your hips a little bit more elevated to start shoulder length apart and My butt is a little higher in the air now what you’re going to do is come down headfirst look at this Then dip and push through with your chest and then come All the way up fully extend your arms your back is arched, you’re legs are straight core is tight And what you’re going to do is Come back through like this to butt back in the air And that’s one okay, so do one more time Come down with your head push through like this Come back keep everything tight and push straight up Now if you have a hard time coming back you guys can do it this way come down push through and Then just lift your butt back up and then do another one But do it this way if you can’t do it the harder way, which is coming back here So that’s judo push-ups guys give it a shot try it out Let me know what you think and as always more good stuff coming soon.
