We call Jiu Jitsu, it’s a “Body Chess”, is
chess with your body. We get movements, we learn movements, we learn skills and we must learn how to put these skills together in the correct timing. The Idea here is making friends, keeping fit, loosing weight. Learn how to control yourself, how to defend yourself. I’ve been practicing Jiu Jitsu for 18 years already, I started back in Brazil in Espírito Santo,
with my Master Cesar Porto. I started to teach Jiu Jitsu here one year and half ago.
I’m competing here as well, two of my students got gold medals.
That’s awesome! We try to keep always good energy, good vibes and people from countries and from all ages, all genders. Spending less energy/force brute as possible, it’s about… the philosophy of Jiu Jitsu is using the power, the strength from your opponent against himself, this is Jiu Jitsu.
