and Sarah. Now what we are doing to do over here is that we are going to go ahead and
do a different ankle lock. Let’s say; Let’s say that she’s just so tough and strong, that
I can’t get it. I just can’t get it. What I’m going to do is I’m going to lean on my

nice fleshy part of the heel slip out and then it’ll end up right at the crease of my
elbow and I’m going to just let it be there and then I’m going to clap my hands again
and I’m going to keep my legs where they are while I twist my body the other way and there
it is, the pressure. Now again, I have her like this, right. So, I’m going to go ahead
and loosen up my hands a little bit and let the crease of my elbow catch her heel right
here. I’m going to go ahead and clap my hands and while my legs stay where they are, my
body is going to twist that way. Instant pressure right there. Okay, this has been Expert Village
